Refund Policy

Payment Options:
Payment can be made by credit card through our secured online payment gateway system, by Bank Transfer, or cash payment to our offices in your city or by demand Draft / cheque. All payments are required to be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) must be strictly borne by the payer.


Refunds:

Please note that any request for refunds is subject to the Terms & Conditions; no refund will be made for unused services of less than 48 consecutive hours, for unused transportation where group activity tickets are involved or for voluntary modifications made by the traveler. Airport transfers are complimentary with air booked through InTreck Tour and Travels on qualifying flights and dates. Not all flights or dates qualify. Customers not using the included transfer will not be given a cash equivalent or vacation price reduction.


Cancellation By You:
The lead name on the booking must give notice to cancel the Holiday in writing or mail at our office and we shall refund the tour cost after deduction cancellation charges as under.In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking there is set scale of charges which must be paid by you or any one traveling with you


1. From the booking date till 30 days prior to the departure date, 30 % of the package cost is chargeable.
2. From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.
3. From 15 days to 7 days prior to departure date, 75 % of the package cost is chargeable.
4. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable.
5. The refunds will be made by online transfer to the Customer`s bank account. No cash refund requests entertained.
6. The amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

Any cancellation by you must be initiated by telephone to the InTreck Tour and Travels office at +91-9419700124 (in Srinagar J&k India) OR by email to info@intrecktravel.com We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.

In certain cases you may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund depending upon:
The reason for your your cancellation or
The number days of prior to the start of the tour your cancellation request is received or
The amount expended by the individual guide to prepare for your tour or
The cancellation policy option you choose


Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made as per the conditions of the particular travel service. In case of cancellation of reservations and/or tour/travel services due to any avoidable/ unavoidable reason(s) we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the intimation in writing or by mail.
During "Peak-Season," any particular hotel/ other service provider may implement a different cancellation policy. The travel agent is bound to follow the specific cancellation policy; and in case of variation from the above stated policy, the excess in cancellation charges will be borne by the guest and not by InTreck Tour and Travels.
